Plotline
Many years ago, violence, cruelty, and the pursuit of power ruled over the vampiric community, and the world fell into chaos. Under the rule of Cedric Blackstone, mass killings broke out all over the world, although, thankfully, humans blamed it on illnesses. Many humans were changed, and the cycle just kept going. Finally, this maniacal ruler was overthrown along with most of his followers. One of his most avid followers, Maren, managed to get away however, and has spent the last 200 years gathering followers somewhere in the mountains of Europe.
In the meanwhile, the world had fallen back into a peaceful place. The remaining Blackstone family manages problems and keeps the peace among the many vampiric families. Unfortunately though, just lately, some new problems have sprung up.
Unaware of the growing group of Outcasts(led by Maren), the neighboring vampiric families of the Perez and the Salache are growing restless. Both assume that the neighboring family is hunting in their territory, when in fact it is the Outcasts, and the air is full of opposition. A war is no doubt on its way...
